Weekly Update (9th-15th December)

Hello everyone, welcome to this weeks weekly update.

Starting this week, I will be posting an update on events, sessions and news that has happened or is going to happen within the week every Wednesday.

Earlier this week, Camp Hopson made a generous donation for our Christmas Wish tree. Come to Waterside Centre to see what they have donated!

Tomorrow, we are taking part in the Newbury living advent calendar! Come along as we unveil our festive window, beautifully decorated by the talented young people who attend the Waterside Centre Newbury. Enjoy live performances of Christmas tunes by local young musicians and enjoy FREE hot chocolate for everyone. This is a free event and everyone is welcome. See you there!

This Saturday Waterside Centre are holding a youth boxing taster session for young people of secondary school age. This is perfect for sparking an interest in boxing and sports in general for your kids and if they really enjoy it, they can start attending our weekly sessions. See below for more information.

One more thing, today a focus group for young people is being ran to get young peoples opinions and thoughts on different topics. This should fill us with good and creative ideas and hopefully lead to positive change.
