Paddling at Waterside Centre Newbury

Take a look at the exciting activities for young people we have going on at Waterside Centre, delivered by Berkshire Youth and our partner organisations.

Come along to have whole-body, real-life strength training with a Strongfirst certified instructor! This session will build you important, functional strength which will help you with any day-to-day tasks and keep you fit and healthy.

A complete workout with just kettlebells will teach you explosive, athletic movements as well as allow you to complete slow, strength-building lifts.
