Festive Cheer at Waterside Community Larder

There were tears of joy at the final Waterside Community Larder of the year on Tuesday!
Ailie, Waterside Centre Manager, said: “Oh my gosh, it was so emotional! Very hectic, but such an amazing atmosphere.
“Every member was genuinely taken aback and unbelievably grateful. There were lots of hugs and tears of happiness (from me included).
“Everyone wanted me to pass on their heartfelt thanks to the team at Micro Focus.
“Some of the comments we had were:
- Micro Focus are so generous and thoughtful!
- What a wonderful surprise!
- Wow, what an amazing selection of thoughtful items!
“One lady literally cried and hugged me because she had apparently had the worst week and she told me that such a thoughtful gift could not have been timed any better and it was just what she needed to pick herself back up again!”
Thank you so much, Ailie, for this super report – an emotional one to round off 2022!
