Thames Valley ABC
Thames Valley ABC is a small boxing club, well supported by the local community. The club has been in Newbury since 1956 and has had both male and female National Junior champions and semi-finalists, CYP champion and finalist, and school boy and girl finalists.
Sessions consist of fitness, boxing skills, to learn how to throw correctly and block hoping that the boxers will want to compete in competition under England boxing rules. These in turn build self-confidence and discipline.
Thames Valley ABC train at Waterside on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
